Fantastic service with audiologist Steven Kargas. I have seen him twice with my busy toddler and both times he has managed to engage him and complete the assessment quickly and efficiently

I cannot believe the positive reviews of this clinic! I’ve gone here during times when I wanted to see if this clinic was worthwhile compared to other bulk billed clinics. This has to be the worst one. I only have come here for the odd antibiotic script and to request dr referrals to specialists. Both doctors I’ve spoken to at this clinic were rude. One was telling me this clinic is for old clients and that they only take care of elderly patients. Very strange. The other was extremely rude and physically stood up to show me the door 🚪 after I was seeking alternatives for psychiatric care for my disability. Rude. Uncaring doctors work here. Reception are kind but the doctors I’ve seen during a time when I’ve been searching for a new GP as my previous passed away. Just the worst bill billed clinic and apparently prefers catering to elderly patients. Not sure what that’s about. You should have a disclaimer on your website. I never came here for anything beyond a referral or simple script for when I get infections. Or need a doctors note and this place is my last resort. I wouldn’t support this place if I were you. If you are looking for doctors that are rude and dismissive this is your clinic.

A most excellent group of doctors and health care professionals. I have been attending their rooms for nearly 17 years. They have always provided timely and accurate advice. I thoroughly recommend Ultra Health Care. And they Bulk Bill. Cheers

We have gone a few times to get our son's hearing tested. Steven Kargas is great to work with and has always run on time when we have attended. Really appreciate the bulk billing service.

I had not had access to my regular blood pressure medication for close to 4 weeks and out of desperation, I walked in without an appointment. They were more than willing to accommodate me and they did everything to make sure I was well taken care of.
